What file formats do you accept?
Our preferred format is DXF. We can accept DWG, PDF, AI and EPS files as well.
What details do I need to provide for a quote?
We will need a copy of the DXF file, the quantity required, the material details (including type, grade, thickness, surface finish) and preferred pick up/delivery date.
What is your typical lead time?
Our typical lead time is between 3-4 days depending on the size of your project. For urgent jobs, we offer an express option and will have your project completed within 1-2 days.
I need my job done immediately. Can you help?
For urgent jobs, we offer an express option and will have it completed within 1-2 days. We can complete small quantity priority jobs within 24 hours if we have the material in stock.
Do you have a delivery service?
We can arrange a courier to deliver to you. However, delivery charges will apply.
Is there a minimum charge?
We have a minimum charge of $100 plus GST for small laser cutting jobs.
